Walk-ins are welcome at all three branches, subject to table availability. For groups of 4 or more, or for special occasions, we strongly recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance through our online form or by calling your preferred branch directly.

The Proscenium Rockwell branch is our most design-forward location — it features dramatic pleated ceiling fans, a floor-to-ceiling wine bottle display wall, a living olive tree, and curved marble banquettes. It has been widely photographed and shared on social media. The Tomas Morato branch has a more intimate, warm bistro character with arched walls and a full bar.
Yes — all our artisan breads are available for take-away. For bulk orders (events, corporate, weddings), please send us a DM on Instagram @sourdoughcafeph or email info@sourdoughcafe.ph at least 3 days in advance. We bake fresh daily, so pre-orders ensure your preferred varieties are available.
The number refers to how long the dough is left to ferment before baking. The 12-hour loaf is mild and open-crumbed — great for beginners and everyday use. The 40-hour develops more tang and a thicker crust. The 60-hour is our most complex — deeply sour, with a blistered dark crust and dense crumb that stays fresh longer. It is also our most requested by serious bread lovers.

Our Sangria de Sourdough unlimited option and unlimited wine by the glass are available daily, subject to a two-hour window per table. Both red and white sangria options are available. For large groups and brunch reservations wanting the unlimited option, we recommend noting it in your reservation request.
Yes — we accommodate private dining, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and group bookings. For groups of 10 or more, or for exclusive use inquiries, please email info@sourdoughcafe.ph with your preferred date, branch, party size, and any special requirements. We will work with you to design the right menu and setup for your occasion.
